About Frederick

Frederick Long took a steady, traditional path into law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science and records from Gonzaga University in 2014. He then continued his studies on the University of Wyoming College of Law, receiving his J.D. in 2017. Those years formed his curiosity in how government and courts intersect.

His early legal work began whilst he was still in law school. In 2016 he served as a regulation clerk at Bell, Gould, Linder & Scott P.C., the company the place he persisted after commencement. In 2017 he moved into an attorney role on the same firm. The work there uncovered him to a variety of things and the day-to-day practice of a regional law office.

Long is admitted to practice in both Colorado and Wyoming. He keeps professional ties within the communities where he works. Locally, he holds club in the Larimer County Bar Association and serves on the board of the Larimer County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.

Colleagues describe him as methodical in his case preparation and deliberate in court settings. He approaches studies and writing with thoroughness. He prefers to let the record and precedent manual his arguments instead of have faith in wide rhetoric.

Outside of individual things, Long has participated in bar activities aimed toward more recent attorneys. His position at the younger attorneys board involves organizing packages and providing peer support to attorneys early in their careers. Those things to do maintain him related to legal education and nearby practice tendencies.

The arc of his career thus far is easy: strong educational preparation, hands-on experience as a clerk, and a transition to practicing lawyer on the identical firm. He continues to work on instances that arise within the Rocky Mountain area and balances courtroom work with client counseling.

He practices regulation in Colorado and Wyoming and keeps an active position in nearby bar organizations while handling matters that cross the ones state lines.
