Jefferson S Cannon constructed a continuous path into the regulation thru a mixture of general education and focused learn about. He earned an A.A. from Snow College in 2002, then completed a B.S. in political science, sociology and Spanish on the University of Utah in 2005. He went on to obtain his J.D. from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2009.

Early in his profession Cannon moved into practice in Utah. He has been lively in professional circles because the late 2000s and has held membership in the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA) since 2009.
