About Jared
Jared Pearson earned his J.D. from Brigham Young University in 2006. He attended BYU Law after in advance studies at the college, completing his law degree in the mid-2000s. The law school training he received there set the stage for a continuous practice within the Mountain West.
He started his expert career soon after law school, joining Duval & Moody, PC as a lawyer in 2007. That initial role gave him publicity to day-to-day company practice and client work, and it marked the begin of a decade-long development through small firm environments. In 2010 he moved to Salcido Law Office, PLLC, the place he persisted to practice as an associate attorney and built on the experience he had gained early on.
In 2015 Pearson took on a new position as Managing Lawyer at Pearson Law Office, PLLC. Stepping into that role intended balancing casework with the administrative needs of operating a private firm. Overseeing company operations, mentoring junior staff and dealing with client things have become part of his regimen. The change also formalized his position because the principal lawyer associated with the company that bears his call.
Pearson is admitted to practice in the tenth Circuit. Across his years in practice he has worked each in the workplace and in court, managing legal proceedings and transactional work conventional of personal practice. Colleagues describe him as steady and pragmatic; clients have relied on him for straightforward counsel and representation. He has stored his practice rooted in firm-primarily based work instead of shifting into large company or public sector roles.
Today he serves as the managing lawyer at Pearson Law Office, PLLC. He continues to manage client things whilst directing the company’s every day operations. His current practice concentrates on client representation and at the control responsibilities that come with leading a small law office.
