About Jason
Jason Ostendorf earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore in 2002 after completing a B.A. at York College of Pennsylvania in 1998. He followed the usual path from law program into private practice and has maintained a steady presence in Maryland’s legal network since graduating.
He is licensed to practice in Maryland and holds admissions at the federal appellate degree, which includes the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the highest court of the United States. In 2007 he opened the Law Office of Jason Ostendorf LLC and continues to function the company as its proprietor. That pass established a small, independent practice that has treated things throughout trial and appellate courts.
Over the years Ostendorf’s work has involved appearances in each state and federal boards. His admissions to the Fourth Circuit and to the U.S. highest court mirror a tradition that extends past routine trial legal proceedings into appellate procedure and filings.
