About James Geoffrey

James Geoffrey Lare trained as an attorney at Widener University’s Delaware School of Law, earning his J.D. in 2005 after completing research in legal studies in 2002. He went from classroom to court at some point of a period of continuous change in practice and procedure. The sequence of his education provided a foundation in substantive law and courtroom process that he would carry into private practice.

After law program he entered practice and constructed experience representing clients in state and federal matters. He has handled instances that required appearances in trial courts and filings at the appellate degree. That practical courtroom experience shaped the way he strategies case preparation and client communication. He is comfortable drafting court filings, arguing motions, and handling procedural issues that occur in litigation.

Lare is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and he is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Those admissions permit him to pursue matters that cross state lines and to file appeals at the federal appellate degree. His work spans each state and federal processes, and he has navigated the differing guidelines those boards impose.

He operates out of Lare Law Office, LLC, the place he manages matters for individuals and organizations. The office handles filings, courtroom appearances, and client counseling. He prioritizes clear explanation of legal options and procedural steps so clients recognize what to anticipate at each stage. Colleagues and clients have famous his steady court presence and his awareness to procedural detail.

Today he continues to practice from Lare Law Office, LLC, specializing in legal proceedings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and on appellate work before the Third Circuit. He maintains recent professional memberships and practices actively in both state and federal courts. His recent practice makes a speciality of representing clients in legal proceedings in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
