About Evan B.

Evan B. Broderick educated for a professional legal career at establishments in Indiana. He earned a B.S. in pre-law from Ball State University, then completed his J.D. on the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. During his time in faculty he joined Phi Alpha Delta, a legal society he remains a part of today.

He entered public service soon after law school. In 2008 he served as a Felony Trial Deputy within the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office. The title reflects hands-on courtroom work at the trial level and an immersion within the county’s criminal docket. That early knowledge put him behind the lectern on critical matters and exposed him to trial process, evidence rules, and court strategy.

The subsequent year brought a shift from prosecutor’s office to municipal government. In 2009 he worked as City Lawyer for the City of Anderson. That role involved advising municipal officers, dealing with ordinances and nearby restrictions, and navigating the intersection of regulation and municipal management. Serving a city legal workplace calls for a mixture of advisory work and litigation readiness. His record lists that municipal position amongst his early professional posts.

Professional institutions were a constant part of his profession. He has belonged to the Indianapolis Bar Association and to the American Bar Association since 2008. He served as a member of the Indiana Bar Association among 2008 and 2010. He took on a leadership role nearer to domestic when he became Treasurer of the Madison County Bar Association in 2010, a position he continues to hold. His long-term club in Phi Alpha Delta dates back to 2004.

Broderick’s practice is based in Indiana and operates beneath the call Evan B. Broderick, Lawyer At Law. The office listing indicates a solo or small-company shape rather than a giant regional company. Over the years his work has bridged public prosecution and local government law, giving him familiarity with each trial practice and local authorities issues. He stays active in local bar governance while keeping his personal regulation workplace.

He concentrates his practice on matters springing up in Indiana, drawing on prior criminal trial work and municipal legal experience.
