About Eric

Eric Grantham earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2008. He finished his legal education in Oklahoma and entered the bar shortly after completing law program. His training at Tulsa combined study room study with realistic skills workouts and health facility work, giving him early exposure to court procedures and client counseling.

After law school Grantham started practicing in Oklahoma. He has spent his profession operating in the state’s legal surroundings, handling things that arise under Oklahoma regulation. Over the years he has represented a range of clients in things earlier than state tribunals and administrative agencies. He built knowledge in drafting pleadings, making ready motions, and managing evidence-gathering process.

Grantham’s work has included both contested hearings and negotiated resolutions. He has prepared instances for hearing, taken depositions, and took part in settlement discussions. In the course of that work he has handled evidentiary problems, legal studies, and appellate briefing. Those activities gave him a steady familiarity with procedural rules and evidentiary practice in Oklahoma courts.

He continues to practice in Oklahoma. His recent work concentrates on things arising under state regulation, and he spends his time on legal proceedings-related things that require courtroom preparation, motion practice, and client representation before state government. Grantham maintains a tradition centered on serving clients in Oklahoma and dealing with the procedural and substantive issues those matters gift.
