About Blake E
Blake E Lynch grew up reading verbal exchange and politics earlier than turning to regulation. He earned a B.S. in Communication and Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 and finished his J.D. at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2009. Those years in Norman set the foundation for a career that moves between courtrooms and small‑city civic service.
He began his professional legal career as an intern in 2008 at the Administrative Office of the Courts. That position gave him early publicity to courtroom management and the mechanics of the state system. After law program he joined Pat Layden Law Office, PC as an associate in 2009. He spent the early years of practice learning legal proceedings and client work on the company level before taking over a public position in 2012 as a pass judgement on for the Town of Dewar.
The judgeship in Dewar used to be brief but revealing. It put him behind the bench and in the middle of municipal disputes and day‑to‑day town governance. The next yr he entered private management. In 2013 he became a senior partner at Wagner & Lynch. That pass marked a transition from affiliate and phase‑time public service to a management position in a regional regulation firm.
Lynch’s resume indicates a mix of public and private practice. He has knowledge in courtroom settings from his internship and later roles, and he has treated client things as each an associate and a partner. The city judgeship added municipal responsibilities to that listing. On the professional aspect, he has been lively in local bar organizations. He has been a member of the Pittsburg County Bar Association since 2009 and joined the OBA Young Lawyers Division in 2012.
Licensed to practice in Oklahoma, Lynch has maintained ties to the groups the place he works. He practices out of Wagner & Lynch’s McAlester and Wilburton offices. Colleagues and clients see him as a person who bridges trial experience and municipal service, applying both to the problems that come thru his doorways.
Today he stays at Wagner & Lynch, practicing from the company’s McAlester and Wilburton offices and dealing with matters throughout Oklahoma.
