About Doris A.

Doris A. Kim trained at Smith College and Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She earned a B.A. in economics from Smith College in 1997 and completed her J.D. at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2002. Those years shaped her early interest in regulation and supplied the academic basis she built on as she entered practice.

She became a member of the New York State Bar in 2003 and further club in the Kentucky Bar Association in 2005. Early in her career she joined Gray & White Law, the place she is recorded as taking an affiliate position in 2005. That move placed her in a firm placing at a second when she used to be expanding realistic knowledge past the classroom and bar learn about.

Throughout the past 20 years she has maintained bar memberships in both New York and Kentucky. Her twin admission allows her to work throughout those jurisdictions and to advise on matters that touch both state systems. Colleagues notice that holding active memberships in more than one state reflects an approach to practice shaped by mobility and an attention of differing local rules and procedures.

At Gray & White Law she has continued in an associate capacity. The firm lists her among its attorneys, and she or he has been part of its roster because the mid-2000s. Her work at the firm has concerned handling client matters and collaborating in the firm’s legal workstreams. She spends her time drafting, advising, and appearing on behalf of clients as required by their instances. She presently practices at Gray & White Law, dealing with a variety of things for the firm’s clients.
