About Derek
Derek Toone earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law in 2022. He additionally holds a MBA in Data Analytics (2018) and a Master of Human Resources (2017) from Utah State University, and a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho (2013). His educational path moves from enterprise into HR and analytics, after which into law.
Before and during law program Toone constructed a mix of public-sector, company and academic experience.
