About David Pierre
David Pierre Turchi earned his J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2000, after starting his legal research in 1997. His time at law program overlapped the turn of the century and set the stage for a profession spent in legal proceedings. He completed the formal legal training required to practice and moved into court work soon after commencement.
Since 2014 he has served as Principal and Trial Lawyer at his own practice, David P. Turchi, Esq. The title reflects both ownership of the workplace and an active litigation role. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York, and he holds federal admissions within the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Those admissions permit him to bring instances in state courts and in two of the area’s federal trial courts.
Turchi’s expert memberships consist of the New York City Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association, each of which listing him as a member beginning in 2014 and continuing through the gift. Membership in these associations places him among attorneys who regularly interact with local bar things to do and expert development opportunities. In practice he seems in court settings as a trial lawyer and manages things that continue thru litigation rather than simply settling at intake.
His career trail is straightforward and targeting courtroom work. Operating from his own office, he has maintained an active trial practice for more than a decade. The work includes preparation for trial and appearances in both state and federal venues the place he's approved to practice. His current practice facilities on litigation in state and federal courts in Connecticut and New York.
