Those years based the academic foundation for a career spent in large part in state-degree declare work and civil legal proceedings.

Early in his profession he concentrated on the procedural and evidentiary facts that determine results in damages hearings and damage trials. He developed an approach that can pay close awareness to medical history, vocational reports and deposition strategy. He has experience making ready cases for formal hearings and for negotiated resolution. The work requires continuous attention to deadlines and to laws that may change from year to year.

Over time he set up his own practice, Luneckas Law, P.C., the place he handles each workers' damages claims and private damage matters. Running a small company has intended sporting numerous hats: advocate, case manager and client counselor. He appears at administrative proceedings, meets with treating physicians and negotiates with insurers on behalf of clients seeking disability benefits or compensation for accident accidents.

Clients who come to him frequently face lengthy recovery timelines and complex advantage guidelines. He spends time assessing entitlement to temporary and permanent disability advantages, calculating salary-loss compensation and assembling evidence to support claims for hospital therapy. On the private injury aspect he evaluates fault, files compensation and pursues resolutions or litigation the place suitable.

Outside the workplace he has needed to keep current on evolving statutory frameworks and applicable case regulation. That continuing legal work is a practical necessity in an area where small modifications in regulation or process can alter a case's trajectory.
