About Daniel
Daniel Warner earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. He entered the legal profession soon after faculty and started his early profession in a small Phoenix firm.
His first recorded position was as a regulation clerk at Foster & Harmon, P.C. in 2006. That position gave him front-line exposure to court procedure and client work. In 2008 he joined J. Phillip Glasscock, P.C. as an associate attorney, a move that expanded his responsibilities and put him in the role of dealing with matters from intake thru resolution.
By 2012 Warner had taken the subsequent step in his profession, becoming a partner at Kelly / Warner, PLLC. The partnership years were a duration of practice development and deeper involvement in company control. The trail from affiliate to companion taught him how to stability casework with the administrative needs of running a smaller practice.
In 2019 he co-founded RM Warner Law and serves as a companion. That project represents his maximum current firm-level commitment and reflects years spent constructing a client base and an operating approach. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his preparation and direct in his attorney-client communication. He has maintained expert memberships and remains active in bar-related circles relevant to his jurisdiction.
Warner is licensed to practice in Arizona. His career has been primarily based in that state since he moved into personal practice. He has knowledge throughout more than one company settings, from clerkship to associate work, to partnership and company founding. Those transitions show an attorney who understands each the legal work and the business side of a tradition.
Today he works out of RM Warner Law, the place he oversees case intake and the firm’s every day operations. He advises clients on things arising under Arizona law and manages a docket knowledgeable by years of court and workplace knowledge.
