Daniel R. Flaherty trained first as an entrepreneur. He earned a B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Saint Thomas after studies from 1998 to 2002. He then became to regulation, attending William Mitchell College of Law from 2003 and finishing his J.D. in 2006.
