Daniel O Tully studied criminal justice as an undergraduate and went on to earn a law degree. He received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Norwich University in 1984 and a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School in 1987. Those academic years set the stage for a long professional legal career in Connecticut.
He entered private practice following law school and have become a partner in 1991 at the firm that nowadays bears his call.
