About Charles H. Nugent
Charles H. Nugent Jr. constructed his legal basis on the University of Houston, the place he earned a B.A. in 1981. He went on to earn a J.D. from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in 1986. Those years set the stage for a court career that has spanned federal and state benches.
