About Carol

Carol Ferreyra built her legal basis at Golden Gate University School of Law. She began her research in 1999 and earned her Juris Doctor in 2002. The law school years formed her curiosity in family law and provided the study room and health facility experience that set the stage for her profession.

After law school, Ferreyra based herself in California’s family law community. She is licensed to practice in California and has focused her work on divorce, custody, and related home things. Over time she pursued formal recognition of that work and became a California Family Law Specialist, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Her practice has operated out of the Bay Area. She keeps a presence in both Santa Clara and Pleasanton. That arrangement lets in her to take on cases arising throughout counties while remaining accessible to clients in suburban and concrete settings. She balances courtroom work with bargaining and case management, adapting strategy to the wants of every household.

Colleagues describe her approach as pragmatic. She objectives to make clear options for clients and identify practical subsequent steps in complicated situations. Ferreyra works on financial settlement problems, parenting plans, custody changes, and help disputes. She advocates for clients in contested hearings and in resolutions when events can reach contract outside of trial.

Beyond person cases, Ferreyra has kept up with advancements in household law. Her specialist certification required demonstration of experience and additional study. That credential alerts an emphasis on procedural knowledge and substantive law in family courtroom practice. She pairs that formal recognition with hands-on knowledge managing case documents, preparing pleadings, and arguing motions.

Her offices in Santa Clara and Pleasanton function operational bases rather than an unmarried downtown headquarters. That setup displays an effort to satisfy clients where they stay and work. She schedules consultations and proceedings in both places and coordinates with nearby courts and other professionals as needed.

In day-to-day practice Ferreyra handles the full arc of household law matters, from first consultation through decision. She focuses on legal strategy, client counseling, and representation in household courtroom and associated hearings, maintaining an active practice in California household regulation.
