About Brandon

Brandon Poticny built a path to the regulation that began outdoor a courtroom. He studied enterprise at Auburn University and worked as a student firefighter whilst in college. He then went on to law school and earned his J.D. from Birmingham School of Law in 2014.

Poticny's early work covered a stint as a law clerk at Crittenden Partners in 2010. That position supplied the front-line exposure to legal work and courtroom preparation. After graduating, he entered personal practice and by 2015 he used to be an affiliate attorney at Huff Smith Law, LLC. The role expanded his knowledge in case work and client interplay.

In 2016 Poticny opened his personal practice, The Poticny Firm. Running a small company required handling a wide mix of tasks: legal strategy, client intake, dossier control and the business aspect of a law office. He spent several years steering that practice and representing clients throughout matters that got here thru the company.

By 2021 Poticny joined Davis, Bingham, Hudson & Buckner, P.C. as an attorney. That pass positioned him in a larger company environment and in a team setting where instances are often handled collaboratively. His resume lists practice and court roles throughout multiple settings, from solo practice to firm groups. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama.

Throughout his profession Poticny has balanced litigation work with the day-to-day needs of managing client expectancies. He has engaged in pretrial work, client counseling, drafting court filings and negotiating settlements. His background in business from Auburn University informs how he strategies instances that involve business or entrepreneurial factors. The early experience as a student firefighter is a part of the realistic background he brings to the job: it taught him to respond to pressing situations and to work under strain.

Colleagues describe Poticny as realistic and easy in his court strategy. He has moved among roles that require independence and people that require coordination with companions and support staff. That range of settings has formed how he assesses risk and prepares for trial or settlement negotiations.

Poticny continues to practice at Davis, Bingham, Hudson & Buckner, P.C., where his work centers on representing clients in things that mirror his combined enterprise and litigation knowledge.
