About Brandon
Brandon Pierce earned his B.A. in political science from Rutgers University in 2014 and completed his J.D. at Pace University School of Law in 2016. He took the straightforward route many law college students do: a targeted curriculum, court clinics, and practical education that pointed him towards state practice. Those youth left him comfortable within the courthouse and in client conferences alike.
After law program he started working in New Jersey. He has practiced beneath the jurisdiction of the state and has handled things in its courts and administrative our bodies. Over time he constructed experience in case preparation, pretrial motions, and client counseling. His early matters have been diverse. That breadth helped him learn how diverse pieces of a case fit collectively — evidence-gathering process strategy, witness preparation, and settlement discussions.
Pierce’s practice blends court work and behind-the-scenes legal work. He has represented clients at hearings and in bargaining sessions. He additionally drafts court filings, prepares agreements, and advises on procedural questions. He objectives to present legal options in clear terms so that clients could make pragmatic selections about subsequent steps. He balances the detail work of litigation with an awareness to time limits and court guidelines.
