About Brad

Brad Spiller studied business before turning to law. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University in 1974 and took his Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 1978. Those years set a continuous course for an extended career in practice and company management.

He moved into personal practice following law school and rose thru the ranks to partnership. Over the decades he has worn many hats: trial lawyer, counselor to clients, and manager inside the company. Colleagues describe him as methodical in his strategy to cases and attentive to the practical needs of operating a regulation office.

Spiller is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and to the Third Circuit. That combination of state and federal admissions has allowed him to manage matters that range from local court work to appeals within the federal circuit.

He serves as managing partner at Brenner Spiller & Archer, LLP. In that position he balances casework with the administrative side of the practice. He has responsibility for coordinating amongst the company's primary office and its branches in Mt. Holly, Vineland, and Freehold. The role includes allocating resources, mentoring younger lawyers, and overseeing the firm’s day-to-day operations.

Outside the office he stays concerned in professional institutions. He is a current member of the New Jersey Association for Justice, a group that brings together attorneys who litigate in state and federal boards. That involvement maintains him related to advancements in trial practice and to friends across the state.

Spiller’s profession spans a duration of continuous change in the legal career. He entered practice within the late 1970s, a time of various procedural guidelines and court tradition. He has tailored to evolving civil practice whilst keeping a routine grounded in preparation and courtroom readiness. Today he maintains a lively presence at Brenner Spiller & Archer, LLP and handles client workout of the firm’s multiple offices while overseeing company operations and mentoring attorneys throughout places. He presently practices as managing partner at Brenner Spiller & Archer, LLP, representing and advising clients from the company’s offices in Mount Holly, Vineland, Freehold and its main office.
