About Andrew
Andrew Cherkasky started his academic path at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts in 2003. He moved directly to Chicago-Kent College of Law on the Illinois Institute of Technology and earned his law degree in 2006. Those years set the groundwork for a career that has crossed military and civilian practice.
After law program, Cherkasky served as a judge recommend in the United States Air Force in 2007. The role positioned him interior a military justice system that values rapid judgment and careful record-maintaining. He handled duties common to military counsel, gaining experience in legal proceedings and appellate procedures while working in the needs of service.
Cherkasky's civilian profession took a managerial turn in 2012 when he became CEO of Golden Law, Inc. That move put him in command of day-to-day operations as well as the company’s strategic course. He has balanced management responsibilities with casework, applying the procedural rigor from his army years to company control and client matters.
He is licensed to practice in both Illinois and California. Cherkasky also holds club within the Bar of the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, an association that reflects his continuing connection to military appellate work. His involvement in professional circles includes an honorary membership within the American Trial Lawyers Association, indexed as recent, and a role as an honorary pass judgement on for the Chicago-Kent College of Law Trial Advocacy Team in 2012.
