About Andrew

Andrew Catherman built his legal path throughout state lines. He studied psychology at the College of William and Mary, then moved on to earn a J.D. from Ohio Northern University. Those youth set the stage for a profession spent in courtroom work and client counseling.

He began at William and Mary targeted on knowing how humans make decisions. In law program he sharpened analytical skills and discovered the mechanics of legal proceedings. The aggregate of a liberal arts background and legal training formed a realistic approach to legal issues.

Early in his career, Catherman labored at Brent A. Jackson & Associates and at Throop Law, P.C., both in 2015. Those roles provided front-line experience dealing with client things and managing case workflow. He developed routine practice skills there: drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and appearing in hearings. Colleagues from that period describe him as thorough and steady beneath strain.

Catherman is licensed to practice in both Maine and Virginia. He later joined Dominion Law and now practices thru Dominion Law, LLC PA. At Dominion Law he handles a variety of matters for individuals and organizations. He continues to rely on the mix of practical court decision and procedural information that has marked his career from the begin.
