About Alexis

Alexis Rosenberg earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 1997. She completed her legal education at a time when the Florida bar used to be increasing in length and scope. The diploma set the stage for a career centered on court work and bar involvement.

She is admitted to practice in Florida and holds admissions to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Those federal admissions have allowed her to appear in each state and federal boards. Over the years she has mixed court appearances with service on bar committees and local expert organizations.

Rosenberg has remained lively in professional associations. She serves on The Florida Bar Advertising Committee and is chair elect of the Sarasota County Bar Association Council for Diversity & Inclusion. She is a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and has led its Sarasota County chapter as a beyond president. She also belongs to the Sarasota County Bar Association and participates in teams past the bar, including Know Tribe. In 2020 she served on gala committees for the Sarasota Memorial Hospital Foundation and for Planned Parenthood, work that placed her in a different type of public role—helping community fundraising and event planning.

Colleagues describe her as steady and practical in professional settings. She takes part in committee conferences and local bar things to do instead of looking for headline work. That steady presence is seen in her volunteered roles and in the continuity of memberships she keeps. She has balanced those duties with client work and litigation in federal and state courts.

Her practice is primarily based at Rosenberg Law PA. The company listing shows her as the principal touch there. At the identical time she maintains ties to Sarasota’s legal network through bar council work and nearby expert organizations. Her leadership roles in variety and in the Florida Association for Women Lawyers reflect long-standing involvement within the career.

Day to day she divides time between case preparation, courtroom appearances and bar association committee work. She advocates for clients in things brought in Florida courts and in federal court in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. She practices at Rosenberg Law PA, dealing with litigation and associated courtroom matters in those jurisdictions.
