About Abdulrehman
Abdulrehman Ahmed began his expert trail in engineering before pivoting to the law. He earned each a B.S. and a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, then went on to Rutgers School of Law–Newark. The aggregate of technical education and legal education shapes how he approaches instances and counsel.
After law school, Ahmed served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Gilson on the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. The clerkship uncovered him to appellate procedure and legal writing at an excessive degree. He spent that point parsing complex history, drafting bench memoranda and opinions, and observing how appellate judges frame legal questions for review.
Following his clerkship, Ahmed entered private practice. He joined Ibrahim Ahmed Law Group, P.C., where he works as a lawyer. Colleagues and clients note that his engineering background informs his analyses. He has a tendency to interrupt complex factual and technical details into discrete problems. That habit shows up in evidence-gathering process and in crafting arguments that switch on engineering, measurements, plans or specs.
In court filings and client interviews, Ahmed is methodical. He prepares evidence with an eye fixed for how it'll read on attraction. His time on the Appellate Division continues to persuade his written advocacy and legal strategy. He has treated matters across New Jersey courts and is licensed to practice in that state.
Outside the court, Ahmed maintains professional relationships that mirror his career arc. His education at NJIT and Rutgers offers a network that spans technical and legal communities. He is indexed as holding a professional membership that started in 2021 and is recent, and he maintains ties to peers in both engineering and law.
Today Abdulrehman Ahmed practices at Ibrahim Ahmed Law Group, P.C. He concentrates his practice on advising and representing clients in matters springing up in New Jersey.
