About Zack

Zack Agil earned his J.D. from Empire College School of Law. He attended a law program recognized for realistic training and a small-faculty environment, and he carries that realistic emphasis into his day-to-day practice.

He is a companion at Vivian & Agil Law. In that position he shares responsibility for the firm’s case load, client intake and the supervision of junior lawyers. His position calls for each court work and office-primarily based client counseling, and he moves among those needs frequently.

Agil is admitted to practice regulation in California. He handles things that occur under state regulation and works with clients across the state. That consists of advising people and businesses on legal issues that require interpretation of California laws and regulations.

Over the direction of his career at Vivian & Agil Law he has constructed a tradition that blends transactional work and contested proceedings. He often drafts and negotiates agreements, prepares filings and briefs, and represents clients in proceedings and other proceedings when disputes escalate. He balances written advocacy with client-facing strategy periods.

Colleagues describe him as methodical and pragmatic. He tends to interrupt complex issues into discrete steps and to prioritize clean communication with clients. That strategy shapes how he prepares a case, how he systems negotiations and the way he explains alternatives to those he advocates for.

He keeps an office at Vivian & Agil Law and remains active in legal work in California. His current practice focuses on advising clients on California civil things and managing the company’s caseload from intake thru resolution.
