About Zach

Zach Jones grew up inquisitive about how complex projects get built and the way the regulation shapes those projects. Those years set the groundwork for a tradition that bridges structure, engineering and in-house counsel work.

There he labored on matters tied to the construction enterprise and gained experience in agreement problems and dispute resolution. At the national level he serves at the Division 6 Steering Committee of the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law. He also participates within the American Council of Engineering Companies’ Legal Counsel Forum and its Risk Management Committee. Those roles keep him in contact with engineers, owners and other lawyers who deal with contract drafting, claims and danger allocation.
