About Yale

Yale Pollack earned his law degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2006 after finishing undergraduate studies at Colgate University in 2001. He started his undergraduate work in the late 1990s and completed his J.D. within the mid-2000s. Those educational steps led right away into a practice constructed round state and federal judiciary work and the day-to-day demands of personal law practice.

After law school, Pollack joined Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman LLP as an associate in 2006. He spent the early years of his career at that company, taking on the types of things commonly handled by midsize firms: court appearances, client counseling, and court preparation. In 2010 he moved to Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck LLP, once more as an affiliate. That period broadened his experience in each trial and transactional settings and uncovered him to a wider roster of clients and opposing counsel.

Pollack later transitioned to The Bell Law Group, the place he serves as senior advisor. The title displays a senior position wherein he advises and supports legal proceedings teams and contributes to legal strategy. His resume shows continuous work throughout more than one companies rather than an unmarried institutional trail. That range has given him familiarity with the procedural and strategic needs of practicing in different venues.

He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is also licensed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Those admissions allow him to seem in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association, reflecting ongoing ties to the professional community on Long Island and in the broader New York area.

Colleagues describe Pollack as continuous and pragmatic in the courtroom and in chambers. He brings the type of procedural knowledge that comes from sustained practice in more than one firms and from routine appearances in state and federal venues. He has treated the litigation and client work conventional for lawyers admitted in those jurisdictions, drawing on in advance affiliate roles and his current senior advisor responsibilities at The Bell Law Group.

In private practice he continues to symbolize clients in things that occur in the jurisdictions where he's admitted, dealing with state and federal filings and related legal work. His recent practice concentrates on instances and legal matters filed in New York and New Jersey and in the federal courts where he keeps admission.
