About Wilson
Wilson Gualpa earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware School of Law in 2015. He moved into Delaware’s legal community quickly after commencement, adding realistic courtroom exposure to his educational training. The timing of his diploma places him amongst a cohort of attorneys who began practicing in the latter 1/2 of the 2010s, a period of steady change in state-degree practice.
Early in his career he served as a legal intern for Judge Aida Waserstein at the New Castle County Family Court. That placement gave him direct knowledge observing proceedings and the daily work of a trial courtroom. He spent time in chambers and in courtroom, gaining familiarity with family courtroom procedures and the realities judges weigh when handling sensitive matters.
After his internship, Gualpa joined Morris James LLP as an associate. At the firm he has worked on matters that intersect with trial practice and administrative hearings. His expert memberships point out a steady involvement in workers’ damages and trial-related work, and his role at the firm has concerned preparing cases for proceedings and managing legal proceedings-related tasks.
Gualpa keeps a wide set of expert affiliations. He is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Randy J. Holland Delaware Workers Compensation Inn of Court. He additionally belongs to the Workers Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Gualpa is certified to practice in both Delaware and New Jersey.
