About William

William Barabino constructed his path to the courtroom thru a continuous direction of learn about and early practice. He earned a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 1995, then finished a J.D. in Criminal Law at Massachusetts School of Law in 2003. The law degree framed the questions he would spend his career answering: how to protect rights, how to challenge evidence, the way to present a client’s story clearly to a judge or jury.

Two years after finishing law program, he established the Law Office of William J. Barabino in 2005. He has run that practice since then, dealing with trials and hearings and representing clients across a variety of felony matters. The workplace has served as a base for courtroom work in both state and federal settings.

His credentials include the Massachusetts bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the 1st Circuit, the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
