William Baker pursued parallel paths in regulation and enterprise early in his academic lifestyles. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Business from Cornell University in 2002. He returned to Denver and finished each a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration on the University of Denver in 2010.
After completing his graduate studies in 2010, Baker established his practice in Colorado.
