About Wade
Wade Fischer is a 1999 graduate of the University of South Dakota School of Law. During his time in regulation college, he gained valuable knowledge as a lobby intern for Tieszen Law Office in the summers of 1997 and 1998. After passing the Bar Examination, Fischer joined Carlson Law Office where he practiced until 2001.
In 2001, Fischer transitioned to the South Dakota Division of Insurance in which he served as a staff lawyer. His position worried operating closely with insurance subjects and criminal insurance policies. In March 2002, Fischer started operating for JS Midwest Structured Settlements, where he assisted trial attorneys in utilising based resolutions during civil case bargaining sessions.
With coverage licenses in nine states, Fischer therefore have become the proprietor of JS Midwest Structured Settlements. In December 2005, he hooked up Fischer Law Office, showcasing his know-how in felony subjects. In June 2007, Fischer joined Tieszen Law Office, further growing his legal practice.
As a skilled attorney, Wade Fischer is admitted to the South Dakota Supreme Court, United States Federal District Court for the District of South Dakota, and the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. In January 2019, Fischer another time opened Fischer Law Office, continuing to offer remarkable criminal offerings to clients in Pierre, South Dakota and past.
