About Wade

Wade Faulkner trained as a lawyer in Texas and then added a specialized military law credential to his resume. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and went on to receive a J.D. from Baylor Law School. He later finished superior study at The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School, earning a LL.M. in military law.

Faulkner's profession blends military service and civilian practice. He served within the U.S. Army in a collection of trial and advisory roles starting within the early 2000s. He labored as a prosecutor in 2003 and moved into protection work the following year, serving as a defense counsel in 2004 and as senior criminal defense lawyer in 2005. He returned to advisory and leadership posts as a brigade judge recommend in 2008 and took on judicial administrative duties as chief of justice in 2011. In 2013 he sat as a military pass judgement on, handling cases under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

That progression gave him knowledge on both facets of the courtroom. He handled investigations, litigated contested proceedings, and oversaw legal panels. The mix of prosecutorial work, defense representation, and judicial service shaped a practical understanding of trial strategy, evidentiary rules, and military process. In 2016 Faulkner moved into personal practice as a partner at the Law Office of Wade Faulkner PLLC. He joined the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association that identical year and remains a member. He is admitted to practice in Texas and is authorized to seem within the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.
