\n\nMs. Ryan earned her undergraduate diploma from the University of California, Davis, and her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. She used to be licensed to the State Bar of California in 1998.
In 2022, she was licensed to the Minnesota State Bar.\n\nBefore relocating to Minnesota, Ms. Ryan practiced law within the San Francisco Bay Area, representing a numerous variety of clients from startups to Fortune 100 companies. She has additionally taught Business Law at Sacramento City College and served as a Pro Tem Judge for the Small Claims Division of the Sacramento County Superior Court.\n\nIn addition to her legal practice, Ms.
