About Victoria

Victoria Morales combines educational lifestyles and legal practice in a career that spans two countries and two disciplines. She earned a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Universidad de Costa Rica in 1999 and later finished a J.D. at Florida International University College of Law in 2011. Those degrees set the stage for work that moves between lecture rooms and courtrooms.

Her early career was rooted in academia. After finishing doctoral research she taught at the Universidad de Costa Rica beginning in 1999. She later joined Broward College in 2002 and taught at Nova Southeastern University in 2006. More recently she added a role at Palm Beach State College in 2019. Students describe her lectures as rigorous and clean. Her educational document shows longstanding interest in ethics, argumentation and the records of thoughts.

Morales shifted professional emphasis towards regulation after earning her J.D. She opened the Law Office of Victoria Morales, P.A. in 2012 and has practiced since then. Her practice grew to consist of federal admissions and memberships that expanded the variety of matters she will manage. She gained admission to the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida and to the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2012. She later obtained club in the US Tax Court in 2020, and in 2023 she further the US District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

The aggregate of philosophy and law informs her approach to legal problems. Teaching work required translating summary ideas into realistic classroom moments. In practice she applies the identical addiction: careful analysis, attention to definitions and a willingness to impeach assumptions. As of 2026 she continues to operate the Law Office of Victoria Morales, P.A., holds memberships in more than one federal courts, and teaches philosophy at the college degree. Her current practice focuses on federal court things and tax-related proceedings whilst she stays active in legal education and scholarship.
