About Valder
Valder Zankov came to regulation after a two-self-discipline undergraduate direction of study that combined economics and psychology. He earned a B.A. from Rutgers University–New Brunswick/Piscataway, then continued to Georgia State University College of Law where he received his J.D. The move from a social sciences background into law gave him a mixture of analytical and those-targeted perspectives early in his career.
After law program he began practicing in Georgia. He is licensed to practice in the state and has built a practice that serves people and agencies across common matters in Georgia courts and administrative settings. He has experience handling client work that calls for each court representation and transactional awareness, relying on what the problem needs.
Colleagues describe him as pragmatic within the way he approaches problems. He tends to break complicated problems into smaller steps. That makes legal processes more predictable for the humans he represents. He prefers to explain alternatives plainly. He also prepares clients for the pace and cost of litigation when that trail becomes important.
Education continues to form his approach. The economics education gives him a feel for price-advantage tradeoffs and monetary implications that surface in many disputes. Psychology teaches an awareness of how people make selections under pressure. He applies each to case evaluation and settlement discussions.
He operates his practice through Zankov Law LLC. The firm handles intake, counseling, drafting, and representation for matters arising beneath Georgia regulation. He works with clients of various size and circumstance and often coordinates with other mavens when instances require specialised talent outside the regulation.
Outside of individual casework, he maintains up with changes in Georgia statutes and court rules. He reviews new selections and adjusts techniques accordingly. He is attentive to procedural element and to time limits that can shape results.
Zankov lives and practices in Georgia. He represents clients through Zankov Law LLC and focuses his current practice on legal matters governed by Georgia law.
