About Tyler Scott

Tyler Scott Phillips constructed his professional legal career steadily, shifting from associate roles to a company partnership over the direction of a decade. He finished his undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, earning a B.A. in 2008. He went directly to Saint Louis University School of Law and received his J.D. in 2012.

After law school he entered personal practice. In 2014 he joined Blickhan, Timmerwilke, & Woodworth as an associate. He spent the ones early years growing courtroom abilities and learning the day-to-day work of legal proceedings and client counseling. Cases and file work were the classroom where he learned realistic lawyering.

In 2016 he moved to Hauk & Owens, LLC as an associate. That role broadened his publicity to different types of matters and to the needs of managing a growing caseload. He treated evidence-gathering process, motions practice, and organized for trial settings. Colleagues from this period describe a lawyer who prefers to let work communicate for itself.

His subsequent step came in 2022, when he have become a companion at Rober Law P.C. That promotion marked a shift from an exclusively affiliate position to one which includes firm leadership and better responsibility for client outcomes. As partner he takes on supervision of extra junior lawyers, contributes to legal strategy, and carries a complete docket while attending to company business.

Phillips is licensed to practice in both Illinois and Missouri. He has maintained his practice across those jurisdictions and looks in state courts the place his clients have matters pending. He has been active in professional circles since shortly after law school and has maintained memberships in bar-associated organizations.

Colleagues and clients have famous his steady presence at proceedings and trial calendars. He balances preparation with pragmatism and has a tendency to strategy disputes with a clear-eyed view of the legal and factual issues. Outside the office he keeps a low public profile and focuses on meeting the needs of active legal proceedings practice.
