About Tyler J.
Tyler J. Claringbole earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2015. He finished law program amid a changing legal panorama and moved into practice in Wisconsin soon after. His training at a state law program positioned him close to the courts and communities where he now works.
He is licensed to practice in Wisconsin and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Since 2015 he has held club in the Wisconsin State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Outagamie County Bar Association, the place he participates in nearby expert activities, and he has been active within the Rotary Club of Appleton (District 6220) since 2015.
Claringbole is part of Herrling Clark Law Office Ltd., a firm with workplaces in Oshkosh, Green Bay and Appleton. He contributes to the company’s work throughout those places. The multiple-office structure means he can help clients in different components of the area and manage things that occur in several nearby jurisdictions.
Over the direction of his practice he has treated matters that required filings and appearances in each state and federal judiciary. That realistic experience within the courtroom and on the negotiating desk shapes how he approaches casework. He prepares court filings, meets with clients, and appears where necessary to press for resolutions that mirror his clients’ needs.
Beyond the office, Claringbole’s involvement in local and countrywide bar groups keeps him connected to developments in regulation and practice. Memberships within the Wisconsin State Bar Association and the Outagamie County Bar Association convey him into touch with colleagues across practice areas. His participation within the Rotary Club of Appleton links professional lifestyles to civic engagement and local service projects.
Colleagues describe him as methodical and easy in client communications. He favors jargon-free explanations over legalese. He handles things that are filed in Wisconsin courts and in the federal court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. His current practice includes representing clients in things heard in Wisconsin state and federal courts.
