About Tyler
Tyler Carey earned a B.A. in political science from Augusta State University in 2013 and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2016. He moved thru the usual stages of law school training: study room learn about, clinics and practical tasks, and numerous internships that exposed him to court procedure and client work. Those years formed his approach to the practice of regulation and his view of how attorneys should speak with clients and colleagues.
While in law program and soon after, Carey gained practical knowledge in nearby offices. In 2015 he served as a studies law clerk at The Keenan Law Office. Earlier, in 2012, he labored as a regulation clerk at the Richmond County Solicitor’s Office. Both placements concerned legal studies and drafting and placed him in touch with prosecutors, defense lawyers, and civil practitioners. The internships provided a continuous stream of hands-on assignments and taught him the way to control time limits beneath strain.
Carey is licensed to practice in Georgia and has spent his professional lifestyles working within the state’s legal system. He has handled things that required near awareness to procedural guidelines and clean written advocacy. Colleagues describe him as methodical in preparation and careful in factual evaluation. He has supplemented classroom training with practical tasks that often make the difference in litigation and transactional work: research, pleading drafting, and organizing factual history for hearings and trials.
He maintains workplaces indexed as Main Office and Loganville Office, serving clients through both places. Those offices act as his number one points of contact for intake, consultation, and client conferences. He balances appearances in courtroom with written pleadings and client counseling, drawing at the internships and law school knowledge that framed his early profession. He presently practices regulation in Georgia from workplaces in Main and Loganville.
