About Travis Conrad

Travis Conrad Logue is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia. He used to be admitted to the California State Bar in 2004. His license is currently in lively standing. Mr. Logue is a founding partner at Presidio Law Firm LLP, a litigation firm based in Santa Barbara, California. He has been working as an attorney for over two decades, serving clients throughout California and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Logue earned his Juris Doctor diploma from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2004, the place he focused on real property, negotiation, and dispute decision. Prior to law program, he finished his undergraduate schooling at Claremont McKenna College, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts diploma in Government in 2000. During his time at Claremont McKenna, he used to be a Claremont McKenna Scholar and took part in NCAA Men's Intercollegiate Tennis.

Mr. Logue concentrates his practice within the regions of real estate law, civil legal proceedings, and private damage. He represents people and agencies in things involving real estate transactions, disputes over easements, purchase agreements, leases, and sellers' misrepresentations. His practice encompasses all levels of legal proceedings, which includes preliminary case evaluation, discovery, facilitated negotiation, settlement discussions, and trial hearings in each state and federal courts. Notably, he used to be lead counsel within the case Kracke v. City of Santa Barbara, which successfully overturned the metropolis's ban on short-term vacation leases in the Coastal Zone, preserving estate rights in California's Coastal Zone.

Throughout his career, Mr. Logue has handled cases within the Superior Court of California for the County of Santa Barbara, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also appeared earlier than the California Court of Appeal on more than one events. Prior to founding Presidio Law Firm, he was a partner at Rogers, Sheffield & Campbell, LLP from 2014 to 2025 and owned Logue Law from 2005 to 2013. He began his professional legal career as an affiliate attorney at Egenolf Associates LLP in 2004.

Mr. Logue is a member in good standing of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He has served at the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and is a certified California real property broker. He is also a member of the Hollister Ranch Owners' Association, La Cumbre Country Club, and the Winchester Canyon Gun Club. In addition, he serves at the Board of Trustees of Marymount School of Santa Barbara and is a trustee of the Santa Barbara Club Preservation Foundation. Mr. Logue is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to serve the diverse communities of Santa Barbara County effectively.
