Timothy P. Daniels constructed a law career that moves from public administration to the bench of military service and into personal practice. He earned a Master of Public Administration in 2001 and a law degree in 2004, both from Brigham Young University. After law school, Daniels entered active duty as a Judge Advocate General for the U.S. Air Force. He joined the JAG Corps in 2004 and spent his early legal years advising commanders, dealing with military justice things and working on administrative problems that demanded discipline and awareness to process. Daniels later moved into civilian practice and established Tim Daniels Law Services. His work has covered estate planning and related probate matters.
