Timothy Bowles is a certified attorney licensed to practice regulation within the State of California. He used to be admitted to the California State Bar in 1977. He has been working as an attorney for over forty eight years, serving clients across Southern California.
Mr. Bowles earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he graduated in 1977. Prior to law school, he finished his undergraduate education on the University of California, Berkeley, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in 1971. During his time at UC Davis, he was actively involved in various legal organizations and gained practical knowledge thru internships.
Mr. Bowles concentrates his practice in the regions of enterprise and corporate law, health care law, employment law, and trademarks. He represents people and businesses in things involving enterprise contracts, business formation, mergers and acquisitions, employment discrimination, unlawful termination, and trademark litigation. His practice encompasses all stages of legal proceedings, including preliminary case evaluation, evidence-gathering process, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his career, Mr. Bowles has handled cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also seemed earlier than the California Court of Appeal on more than one occasions. Prior to founding his own firm, he labored as an associate at a mid-length litigation company in Pasadena for numerous years.
Mr. Bowles is an active member of the California State Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association.
