About Timothy
Timothy B. Anderson is an attorney that specialize in corporate law, highbrow estate, property law, and worldwide law. He has been practicing law in Utah for over four decades, providing comprehensive legal services to clients. His knowledge covers business transactions, actual property developments, and worldwide business things. Mr. Anderson earned his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1978. Prior to that, he graduated with excessive honors from Southern Utah University in 1975, acquiring a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. In 1980, Mr. Anderson began his legal practice as an Assistant St. George City Attorney, a position he held until 1980. He then joined Jones, Waldo, Holbrook & McDonough, where he served as Managing Shareholder of the St. George satellite office from 1980 to 2019. During his tenure, he also led the firm's International Practice Group from 2012 to 2019. In 2019, he transitioned to Kirton McConkie, assuming the position of Managing Shareholder for the St. George office, where he continues to serve clients with commitment and talent. Throughout his career, Mr.
Anderson has been instrumental in facilitating meaningful business developments in southern Utah. He has assisted clients with direct selling ventures, business and leisure actual estate tasks—including ski resorts, golf guides, clinical offerings, and technology firms—as well as things associated with public lands and environmental worries. His worldwide practice makes a speciality of business regulation and sales-associated tasks throughout the European Union and components of Asia. Mr. Anderson's professional affiliations are in depth. He is a member of the Utah State Bar, the place he has been lively within the Corporate, Intellectual Property, International Law. Health Law sections, even serving as Chair of the Health Law section from 2015 to 2016. He is likewise a member of the American Bar Association's Health Law area and the Southern Utah Bar Association. His involvement extends to the St.
George Area Economic Development Council and the U.S. Direct Selling Association. He has served as Government Regulatory Counsel, Legal Counsel Committee member, and International Council member from 2000 to 2020.
