Thomas Pettinicchi earned a B.A. in economics from Providence College in 1983 and went directly to obtain his J.D. from Western New England School of Law in 1986. He educated in New England classrooms and entered the Connecticut legal network at a time when courts have been handling shifting civil wrong and commercial law questions. Those early years formed the practical sensibilities he brings to instances today.
After law school, Pettinicchi built a tradition rooted in court work and case preparation.
