About Thomas
Thomas Moser constructed a legal pathway that moves from graduate studies into courtroom work and then into private practice. He approaches his work in simple terms. He prepares, argues, and advocates for, and lets the record communicate for the rest.
Moser began his post-graduate education at Webster University, where he completed a Master of Arts in Business and Organizational Security Management in 2013. He then enrolled at Saint Louis University School of Law and earned his law degree in 2017. Those years mixed study of organizational structures and regulation, giving him a practical view of how legal problems intersect with business and safety problems.
Straight out of law program he joined the Missouri State Public Defender as an Assistant Public Defender II. In that role he treated a variety of criminal matters for the state’s indigent population. The position placed him in courtrooms early and required rapid preparation, frequent client touch, and work across diverse levels of felony cases from arraignment thru other court hearings.
In 2019 he released Moser Law Office LLC. That pass to private practice followed two years within the defender’s office and mirrored a shift to running a firm as well as working as an attorney. As owner and lawyer, he manages casework, client intake, and the day-to-day operations of the workplace. He also continues to apply the trial experience he gained as a public defender to his recent caseload.
Moser maintains professional memberships and remains engaged with legal friends in Missouri. He was admitted to the Missouri bar in 2017. His practice attracts on both his educational background in enterprise and organizational security control and his hands-on trial experience. He now operates Moser Law Office LLC, representing clients in matters that construct on his public defense work and handling civil and felony concerns that occur from that knowledge.
He currently practices in Missouri and runs Moser Law Office LLC, the place he concentrates on criminal protection and litigation that grows out of his prior public defender work.
