About Thomas Eugene
Thomas Eugene Miller built a foundation in politics and records earlier than turning to the law. He earned a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Hartford in 1979. He then completed his J.D. at Pennsylvania State University - Dickinson School of Law in 1985 and entered legal practice quickly after.
Miller is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is likewise licensed to the U.S. Supreme Court. He practices in federal court within the Middle District and keeps memberships in nearby and statewide bar groups, which includes the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the York County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, which has shaped much of his courtroom work in federal proceedings.
