About Steven
Steven Peck built the groundwork for his legal career through two distinct levels of education. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from The Ohio University, then went directly to receive his J.D. from the University of West Los Angeles in 1981. That combination of business training and law school training formed how he strategies cases and runs his practice.
Early in his expert life he moved into private practice in California. Over the years he has taken on roles that span each legal advocacy and law company management. He founded Premier Legal: The Peck Law Group and serves as its principal lawyer. In that capacity he has handled client counseling, case strategy and the administrative duties that include running a small law firm.
Peck’s background in control and marketing performs a realistic position in his work. It informs client intake, case making plans and the way he systems legal groups to meet time limits. He tends to emphasize clear communication and operational efficiency. Colleagues and clients often notice that he maintains legal issues prepared and predictable, which can reduce surprises in legal proceedings and transactional work.
Although he practices in California, his pathway thru enterprise faculty and law school offers him a perspective that bridges client wants and legal process. He has spent many years applying legal analysis to real-world issues, and he treats every topic with an attention to both legal element and client dreams. His courtroom experience, advisory work and regulation company leadership reflect that aggregate.
Outside the workplace he has maintained a continuous role as the leader of his company. As principal and founder he's liable for supervising affiliates, reviewing main filings and guiding lengthy-time period practice approach. That managerial role is a consistent thread through his expert life.
Today Peck continues to lead Premier Legal: The Peck Law Group in California, advising clients and overseeing the company’s legal work. His practice concentrates on serving individuals and agencies thru direct counsel, legal proceedings control and the everyday tasks of running a small regulation firm.
