About Steven M.

Steven M. Rogers educated as a scholar of language before he turned to regulation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University in 2008, then finished his law degree at the University of Illinois College of Law in 2011. Those classroom years shaped his approach to written and oral advocacy.
