Steven Ames Simons is a certified attorney admitted to practice regulation within the State of California. He was licensed to the California State Bar in 1987. Mr. Simons earned his Juris Doctor diploma from Southwestern University School of Law, where he graduated in 1987. Prior to law program, he finished his undergraduate education at California State University at Northridge, receiving a Bachelor of Arts diploma in Political Science in 1984. He also obtained an Associate of Arts degree from San Fernando Mission College in 1979. During his time at Southwestern University, he used to be actively concerned in a number of legal clinics and internships, gaining practical knowledge in more than one areas of law.
Mr. Simons concentrates his practice in the areas of consumer regulation, which includes automobile fraud, lemon regulation, finance fraud, bankruptcy, wills and trusts, personal injury, and premises liability. He represents people and businesses in things involving faulty vehicles, monetary disputes, property making plans, and private personal injury cases. His practice encompasses all levels of litigation, including preliminary case assessment, evidence-gathering process, mediation, settlement discussions, and trial proceedings in both state and federal courts.
Throughout his profession, Mr. Simons has treated cases in the Superior Court of California for the County of Los Angeles, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He has also seemed earlier than the California Court of Appeal on more than one occasions. Prior to founding his own company, he labored as an affiliate at a mid-length litigation company in Century City for 5 years. He is also admitted to practice in Arizona, having been licensed to the Arizona State Bar in 2014.
