About Stephen J.
Stephen J. Mooney has practiced regulation in Southern California for more than two decades. He earned a J.D. from Western State University College of Law in 1997 after finishing undergraduate research in enterprise control at Rutgers University–Camden, where he received a B.S. in 1983. Those degrees bookend a duration of coaching and early work that led him into courtroom and office practice within the region.
He moved into personal practice in the late 1990s.
