Stephen G. Cobb started his legal trail within the study room and the courtroom. He earned a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1989 after completing undergraduate studies within the mid-Nineteen Eighties that covered degrees from Victoria University of Manchester and the University of Missouri–Columbia.
